On-the-job (OJT) trainees from Colegio de Dagupan, DMMSU, PSU-Bayambang and PSU-Lingayen lauded PhilHealth Regional Office 1 family for accepting and mentoring them during their nearly 2-month stay at the Regional Office in Dagupan City.
The OJTs’ led by Don Bernie Estrada and Jonathan Victorio, both from Colegio de Dagupan, showed off their heart-felt appreciation to PhRO1 family during the conduct of flag ceremony on Monday, May 23, 2011 at the PhRO 1 office grounds. The group prepared a tribute through a movie presentation portraying their yawning grateful emotions for being a part of the PhRO 1 family.
Meanwhile, Elvira C. Ver, Regional Vice President, PhRO1, mentioned that the help from the OJTs means a lot taking into account the limited existing manpower of the Corporation. Further, she highlighted and reminded the OJTs to start at the bottom of the career ladder before working their way up because it is more fulfilling and more encouraging towards improvement.
As a final remark, RVP Ver wished the ojt’s a good luck in their chosen career.
