Coverage of the NHTS-PR of DSWD Poor Households under the Sponsored Program

Pursuant to PhilHealth Board Resolution No. 1478, s. 2011 approving "Special Contributions Rates for Calendar Year 2011 on the Enrollment of Indigents under the National Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction (NHTS-PR) of the DSWD and on the Renewal of Existing Sponsored Program Members in Calendar Year 2010", concerned officers are hereby directed by our President and CEO, Dr. Rey B. Aquino to ensure that the 5, 219, 936 poor households as of February 28, 2011 shall be registered with coverage under the National Health Insurance Program (NHIP) and PhilHealth Identification Cards (PICs) be distributed to the identified households not later than 30 June 2011.
